Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, aged 18 over, other than employees of Ansell Healthcare Europe N.V, their agents or anyone connected with this promotion
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Entry to this competition is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries. Winners must be 18 or over and proof of age may be required.
  4. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
  5. Entries must be received before 31st January 2012. The prize draw will take place within 4 weeks of the closing date. A winning entrant will be selected by an independent person, the winner will be contacted by phone within 7 days of the draw date. Ansell UK reserve the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. Any entries received outside of the competition period will be deemed invalid.
  6. The prize consists of £1000 cash, paid via Bank Transfer to the winners bank account. The winner chooses how to spend this on the ‘Ultimate night out with their mates’
  7. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
  9. The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
  10. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  12. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
  13. UK law applies and UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
